Effective date: February 2, 2026

Last Updated: February 2, 2026

SansLuck (“SansLuck,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit our website (the “Site”), submit forms (including the Free Audit application), or contact us, and how we use and share that information.

If you have questions, contact us at Eric@sansluck.com.

QUICK SUMMARY
  • We collect the information you submit (like your name, email, website, and audit answers) so we can respond and deliver what you requested.
  • We do not sell your personal information.
  • We do not use advertising pixels or behavior-based ad tracking at this time.
  • INFORMATION WE COLLECT
    1) Information you provide to us

We collect information you choose to submit, such as:

    • Contact details (e.g., name, email address)
    • Business details (e.g., business name, website URL, social links)
    • Audit application details (e.g., goals, challenges, timeline, budget range if provided, and any other info you include)
    • Messages and attachments you send us (e.g., via contact forms or email)
    2) Information collected automatically

Like most websites, our servers and service providers may automatically collect basic technical information, such as:

    • IP address (often approximate)
    • Device type, browser type, and operating system
    • Pages viewed and timestamps
    • Referring/exit pages
    • Basic logs needed for security and site operation

This information is used for essential website operation and security.

    3) Sensitive information

Please do not submit sensitive personal information through our forms (for example: Social Security numbers, driver’s license numbers, financial account details, or medical/health information). If you choose to include sensitive information in a message, you understand you are providing it voluntarily.

    HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

    We use your information to:

    • Provide services and respond to requests, including delivering a Free Audit (or communicating if we can’t provide one)
    • Communicate with you, including responding to inquiries and scheduling calls if requested
    • Operate and protect the Site, including preventing spam, fraud, abuse, and security incidents
    • Improve our processes and offerings (for example, noticing common questions or issues businesses face)
    Marketing emails

If you opt in to receive updates, we may send occasional emails (e.g., tips, offers, or announcements). You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in the email or by contacting us.

If you do not opt in, we may still email you about your request (for example, responding to your audit application or inquiry). These are considered service-related communications.

    HOW WE SHARE YOUR INFORMATION

We may share your information in the following situations:

    Service providers

We may share information with trusted vendors who help us run the Site and communicate with you, such as:

    • Website hosting and form processing (e.g., Webflow)
    • Email and productivity tools (e.g., Google Workspace / Gmail)
    • Automation tools (e.g., Make/Zapier), if we use them to route form submissions or deliver assets
    • Scheduling tools (if we use them for booking)

These providers may process your information only to perform services for us and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes beyond providing those services.

    Legal requirements

We may disclose information if required to do so by law or in good-faith belief that disclosure is necessary to:

    • comply with a legal obligation,
    • protect our rights and property,
    • investigate fraud or security issues,
    • protect the safety of users or the public.
    Business transfers

If we’re involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

We do not sell your personal information

We do not sell your personal information. We also do not “share” personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising (i.e., ad targeting across websites) because we do not run advertising pixels for that purpose at this time.

    COOKIES AND TRACKING

We may use essential cookies and similar technologies needed for basic website functionality, security, and form handling.

At this time, we do not use advertising pixels or behavior-based tracking for targeted ads. If this changes, we will update this Privacy Policy and, where required, provide additional choices.

    DATA RETENTION

We keep personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including to:

    • respond to you,
    • deliver the audit or services,
    • maintain records for business purposes, and
    • comply with legal obligations.

Typical retention: We generally retain form submissions and related communications for up to 12 months, unless a longer period is needed for legitimate business or legal reasons.

You may request deletion at any time (see “Your choices” below).

    YOUR CHOICES AND RIGHTS
    Access, correction, deletion

    You can request to:

    • access the personal information we have about you,
    • correct it, or
    • delete it.

Email us at Eric@SansLuck.com with your request. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling certain requests.

    Email preferences

If you receive marketing emails from us, you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in the email. Service-related emails (like responses to your inquiry) may still be sent as needed.

    Do Not Track

Some browsers offer “Do Not Track” settings. There is no universally accepted standard for how websites should respond, so we do not currently respond to those signals.

    STATE AND REGION SPECIFIC NOTICES
    California (CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you may have rights to know, access, correct, or delete personal information, and to opt out of certain uses. Because we do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, we do not offer an opt-out for those activities at this time.

    Washington notice

We do not request or require consumer health data to provide our services. Please do not submit health information through our forms.

    Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

    Third-party links

Our Site may include links to third-party websites (for example, tools, references, or client sites). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties. Review their privacy policies before providing personal information.

    Children’s privacy

Our Site and services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will take steps to delete it.

    Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date shows when it was most recently revised. If changes are material, we may provide additional notice on the Site.
