TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the SansLuck website (the “Site”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1) Who we are

The Site is operated by SansLuck (“SansLuck,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access the Site.

2) Informational purposes only

The Site and any content we provide (including blog posts, examples, audits, and recommendations) are for general informational and educational purposes only. Nothing on the Site is legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice.

You are responsible for how you use any information from the Site.

3) Free Audit terms (no guarantee)

If you submit a request for a free audit (the “Free Audit”):

• Submission does not guarantee you will receive an audit.
• We may decline, limit, or stop offering the Free Audit at any time.
• Any audit or feedback provided is based on the information you submit and our professional judgment at the time.
• Results vary and we do not guarantee outcomes (including, without limitation, revenue, conversions, leads, rankings, SEO performance, or business growth).

There is no obligation to purchase services from SansLuck by submitting the Free Audit form, and submission does not create a client relationship.

4) No client relationship unless agreed in writing

Using the Site, contacting us, or receiving a Free Audit does not create a client, agency, fiduciary, or advisory relationship unless we both sign a separate written agreement for services.

5) Service Estimates (Pricing + Timelines)

Service estimates and “14-day” timelines

‍Any pricing or timelines shown on the Site (including “launch-ready in 14 days”) are estimates for informational purposes only and are not guaranteed or binding. The build timeline begins only after (1) a written services agreement is signed and (2) we receive all required Client assets, access, and approvals identified during onboarding. If Client deliverables, feedback, or approvals are delayed, the timeline is paused until those items are received. Final scope, schedule, and fees are set only in the signed services agreement, which controls if it conflicts with the Site.

6) Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Site’s operation or security
• Copy, scrape, harvest, or crawl the Site content in a way that burdens the Site or violates applicable law
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code
• Misrepresent your identity or submit false information through forms

We may suspend or block access to the Site for any violation of these Terms.

7) Intellectual property

The Site and its content (including text, graphics, logos, layouts, designs, and other materials) are owned by SansLuck or licensed to us and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You may view and use the Site for your personal or internal business use. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit our content without written permission, except where permitted by law.

8) Third-party links and services

The Site may include links to third-party websites or services (for example, client sites, tools, or platforms). We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

9) Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Site or submitting forms, you agree to the collection and use of information as described there.

10) Disclaimers

The Site is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

We do not warrant that any content on the Site is complete, accurate, or current.

11) Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SansLuck will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Site or any content provided through it, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SansLuck’s total liability for any claim related to the Site will not exceed $100.

(Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.)

12) Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SansLuck from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Site.

13) Changes to the Site or Terms

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts in Washington, USA, and each party consents to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of those courts.

14) Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree that any dispute related to these Terms or the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Washington, USA, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.

(If you prefer to keep this simpler, you can remove the county line and just say “courts located in Washington.”)
